5.- Do you take care of special requests?
Yes, we attend requests that are outside of our usual packages. However, special requests are handled at $30 per hour.
6.- Do you select the types of orders you accept?
We accept most orders, including those containing perishable and fragile items. However, we do not accommodate orders for items that require controlled temperatures, such as foods that require refrigeration.
7.- Is there a limit to the size of the orders that can be managed?
There is no limit to the size of the order that SavoPrep center can handle. We accept orders of all sizes and work according to your preferences, whether large or small.
8.- Does SavoPrep Center offer inspection services?
Of course. After receiving the items at our staging center, we inspect them to ensure they are in the correct condition, undamaged, and the quantity is correct as stated by you. Subsequently, we take pictures of possible failures and send them to you. The inspection is included in the fees you have paid for our service. It is not necessary to pay for it separately. However, if you require any type of special inspection that is more technical than usual, additional charges may apply.
9.- Do you accept Retail and online arbitration?
Yes, we cater to both retail and online arbitration requests.
10.- Do you work with vendors outside the United States?

11.- Do you offer storage services?
Of course. The storage service is included in our FBA and FBM preparation services. Our FBA service comes with a free 30-day storage period.
